SINGLE CLASS Drop-in for experienced yogis $15
COMMIT to a class $10 ($12 for 75 min classes)
Our sessions run for a two month period encouraging students to commit to a consistent yoga practice at home and at least once a week at the studio. Sign up for a weekly class, same day and time to get the lowest price. Receive a 15% discount if you sign up for more than one class per week.
Class size is limited to 15 students for optimal personal space and attention, so sign up soon!
If you miss a class you may make it up in another class with any of the teachers WITHIN the current session.
We'll help you find a time that will work. You will be added to the class list once payment is received. You can pay online, at the studio by check, cash or credit card, mail it, or drop it off and slide it under the studio door.

How do I register for classes?

You can call, email or come to class to register. Payment can be mailed to the studio or dropped off (slide under the door). Please indicate on your check what you are paying for. Please fill out our client information and waiver sheet at the studio or download it from this page above.

Online registration & payment via Mind/Body is also available. All you have to do is create an account & you can even get the app for your smart phone!

Do I have to be registered, or can I just drop in on a class?

Registration for a set class and session is advised as you will see quicker results and learn more by committing to class at least once a week.

Students with yoga experience are welcome to drop in to a class. ( $15)

Our teachers will expertly guide, give options to, and modify poses to accommodate students of various abilities in every class. Please call us if you’d like help figuring out which class would be the best fit for you. You may also like a free private consultation. Andrea Parks would be happy to meet with you at the studio for a 20-30 minute consultation.


We have an online sign-up and payment option but you can also REGISTER BY EMAIL OR PHONE and you can PAY in THE STUDIO or by mail, or by sliding payment in an envelope under the door. The weekly schedule is subject to change if minimum enrollment has not been met. If you’re using a punch card or dropping – in on classes please double check that the class is active and let us know you’re coming to class as soon as you can, by emailing, calling, or using the mind body app


Comfortable clothes that have some stretch and will move with your body and not fall up over your head if you bend down to reach for your toes. We do yoga in bare feet but you could also wear non- slip socks if you don’t want to go barefoot.


We Provide mats but feel free to bring your own if you’d like.

Class Descriptions

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga offers the benefits of traditional yoga while learning proper techniques for breath, body alignment, muscle strength, balance and endurance. This class will focus on teaching you how to recognize your capabilities and honor your body’s limitations. You will learn how to tailor your practice through use of adaptive alternatives for traditional poses, manual techniques and restorative methods.

Slow Flow

Slowing down the flow to maintain control of your breath, explore postures, and build confidence within your practice. Take the time to play with your edge  and increase inner resilience  Get into the rhythm of this invigorating class and find true balance within a moving meditation.

Power Flow & Mindful Vinyasa Flow

Power Flow and Vinyasa Yoga build heat, increases stamina, strength and flexibility, while lowering stress. Expect a fresh creative sequence connecting breath with movement, as well as a good laugh and playful approach to new postures. Mindful Vinyasa will have more alignment cueing.

Beginner Yoga Basics

Beginner Yoga Basics introduces you to yoga poses/asanas that you will see in many styles of yoga. You will have to time to explore each pose given, to hold and breathe to find the proper alignment to avoid any injuries. This class will build with what you have learned each week, while introducing new poses or meditations. Whether you are new to yoga or wanting to get back to the foundation of your yoga practice, this class is for you.

Mindful Yoga

Take time away from the daily grind to make your body happy and your spirit light with this one hour alignment focused class. Plenty of time to enjoy the asanas but also generous mindful meditation during svasana.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using the support of a chair. This class teaches the basic yoga movements or asanas, and breath work, while helping to develop the mind body connection. It is a great practice for everyone, but is particularly beneficial for those who may have difficulty getting up and down off the floor. Participates will learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways or relaxation, with the aid of a chair.

Faith-Flow Yoga

Faith-Flow vinyasa style yoga class with words of encouragement, hope and love. Christian language, themes and scripture will be used throughout. This class simply put is Jesus plus Yoga. This is a free class with a free will donation option to the teacher. 

Prenatal Yoga

Feel nurtured as you are guided into gentle yoga poses designed to relieve aches and pains associated with pregnancy and to strengthen your body to support your growing belly and to prepare for labor and birth. You will also learn breathing techniques to support all stages of pregnancy, labor and birthing. Prenatal yoga allows you to nurture yourself, bond with your baby and connect with the other mamas on the same journey.

Yoga Play Date (ages 2-5)

Yoga is taught to these preschool aged children with games, stories, and songs. The adult may stay and play, or leave to take a breather.

Kids Yoga (age 5-9)

This class is a fun way to exercise while learning to use breathing to relax and calm yourself. Your child will gain coordination, strength, flexibility, focus, and self esteem. With every activity being so competitive these days, this is the perfect way to keep your child active while taking a break from the pressure of a competition. Parents/guardians should feel free to stay in class to participate, observe or take a break to get some errands done. We can’t wait to meet your children!

Tween Yoga (ages 10+)

The nurturing and non- competitive atmosphere of a yoga class is perfect for pre-teens and teens as they navigate their way through adolescence. This class will uplift and empower your son or daughter while guiding him or her through yoga poses that will increase strength, flexibility, balance, and focus while encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

BYOBaby Yoga

BYOBaby yoga invites baby and their care providers (mama, dad, grandparent, nanny, etc) to enjoy yoga together. You will be guided through positions to use on baby that are great for calming, digestion issues, and can promote better sleep. This yoga class is designed especially for baby to promote good neuro-muscular development and allow much needed bonding. Care provider will also receive a gentle yoga practice including meditation and postnatal strengthening to heal your body and spirit. Come join and connect with other mamas in your community. BYOBaby is appropriate for babies 6 weeks until crawling and active.

YOGA FOR MEN/Smart Stretching for Boys' Sports

Men deserve the benefits of yoga too! This class is designed around the specific needs of males. Stress & pain relief, deep-core strength, flexibility & balance will be the focus of this class. Taught by Andrea Parks: next session TBD

Private and Semi-private Classes

Private yoga sessions are designed especially for you and your individual needs, whether it be to learn the basics, work on a therapeutic issue, because you don’t care for a group class, or to help you take your practice to a more advanced level.
60 min private lessons are available : 1 for $80, 2 for $140, 3 for $180

semi-private and private, large- group lessons on location or at the studio are also available
