Heather English began her yoga journey to support her mental health—and it quickly evolved into a lifelong practice of healing, creativity, and connection. After experiencing firsthand how yoga helped bring clarity and calm to her life, she earned her 200-hour certification from Cloud Nine Yoga School Midwest at Toula Yoga in 2017. Heather now shares the transformative benefits of yoga with her students through grounding, accessible, and heart-centered classes.

Inspired by the powerful link between movement and mindfulness, Heather found that yoga also unlocked her creative spirit. Her training not only deepened her understanding of yoga but also sparked a passion for crafting as a meaningful expression of well-being. Today, she regularly explores the intersection of yoga and creativity, encouraging others to tap into their own self-expression—on and off the mat.
