Why Busan?

For years, the incredible Mindy Sisco has brought her unique Yoga trainings including Elements, yoga for pain, and of course her Ashtanga and Acro Yoga magic from South Korea to Cedar Rapids, Iowa where she grew up.

Now, we’re turning the tables — and heading to her studio, Kaizen Korea, in the beautiful costal city of Busan!
