Our prenatal teachers, Stacey Schmitt, Andrea Parks, and Andra Dill,all have specialized training beyond their 200 hour yoga teacher training in Prenatal Yoga.

THREE CLASS TIMES AVAILABLE:

  • Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm
  • Thursdays 9:15am - 10:15pm
  • Saturdays 8:45am -10:00am

PRICING OPTIONS:
  • $10 per class when you sign up for a two month session.
  • SAVE 15% when you sign up for more than one weekly class.

Join Stacey Schmitt as she facilitates engaging conversation, asks meaningful questions, and offers insightful advice. This postpartum support group is perfect for those moms who have just had a baby, to those returning to work and beyond.

Topics include: sense of self, sleep, spouse relationships, newborn feeding and care, pumping, etc. Babies under 12mo welcome.

Your Baby and Me Yoga teachers are Andrea Parks and Stacey Schmitt, who both have specialized training and certificates to teach Baby & Me Yoga.
These classes are perfect to help baby bond and develop well!
They also allow for a time for the grown up to get a little stress and pain relieving yoga for themselves and some social time, too. BYOB! It's so much FUN!

YouCan Yoga

YouCan Yoga is the perfect class for you if you have never done yoga. In this 30 minute class you will learn the basics, proper form and will easily transition to the Gentle Hatha when you feel ready.

Tots Yoga

Tots Yoga

As your toddlers mobility increases, Tots Yoga class offers tot-centric poses that encourage and support their physical explorations. Toddlers become more confident in their moving bodies as they practice yoga both in and out of class. During a Tots class, crawlers and walkers are gently guided to playfully practice yoga postures while they are standing, sitting up, walking, and jumping. Add in some songs and animal noises and you'll have a super fun time! Caregivers also get to do a little yoga, but no yoga experience is required. Ages crawling well-2 years, with adult.

Tykes Yoga

As little yogis progress to their preschool years they become more interested in mimicking poses and following instructions. This class is centered around tykes curiosities as they learn yoga through social interaction, repetition, and play. Tykes Yoga focuses on improving motor skills, and increasing attention through songs, movement, and stories. Caregivers get the benefits of moving their bodies as they actively participate with their child. No yoga experience is required. Ages 2-4 years, with adult.

CHAIR YOGA vs ADAPTIVE YOGA ....What is Adaptive Yoga?

The benefits of yoga are available to everyone. This approach teaches universal principles of yoga poses that are accessible to all students, regardless of their physical ability level.

Andrea is trained in Adaptive Yoga by Matthew Sanford of Mind Body Solutions in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Matthew is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. Matthew has been paralyzed from the chest down since the age of 13. The program at Mind Body Solutions is called Opening Yoga to everyone. This groundbreaking program emphasizes the experience within poses, not simply their physical accomplishments. The awareness moves through the mind-body relationship both with and without muscular action.

CHAIR YOGA

What is Chair Yoga?

You won't believe how much yoga you can do sitting or standing! In chair yoga you'll be sitting in a chair or standing with the support of the chair or the wall. The poses will be adapted for your individual needs.

You will gain strength, flexibility, and balance in both body and mind. You will learn body awareness and alignment, good posture, linking your movement to your breath, and different breathing techniques for stress relief and optimal health. In a chair yoga class you can expect the teacher to give options to poses which will meet your needs. You'll also be supported through the use of a number of different props including chairs, bolsters, straps, blocks and blankets. Our teachers have specialized training through Boomer's Plus by Amy Kraft. These classes offer much more than big gym classes can. Come and see for yourself!
