What to Expect
Tween to Teen Yoga is designed to support young people through the big transitions of adolescence—with movement, mindfulness, and a whole lot of heart. Each class offers a balance of gentle stretching, strength-building poses, breathwork, and relaxation techniques that promote emotional regulation, focus, and body awareness.
Whether they’re athletes, artists, or somewhere in between, this class is an amazing tool for injury prevention, stress relief, and building self-confidence. Plus—it’s fun!
No yoga experience needed. Just come as you are.

Studio Hours & Class Options
We’re open daily from 6 AM to 8 PM with a variety of classes to fit your schedule. Each class includes modifications for new yogis — your instructor will meet you where you are, so no need to worry if you’re just starting out.
