Hi, I’m Andra! My yoga journey has taken me through many styles of Hatha yoga, but it wasn’t until I discovered Anusara that things truly clicked. Its unique blend of playful energy and thoughtful alignment principles opened up an entirely new experience for me—what I like to call “seriously fun” yoga.
The practice has helped me grow not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. I’ve found that what I learn on the mat—balance, breath, presence—flows into life off the mat, enriching it in beautiful ways. And that’s exactly what I hope to share with my students.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification through Marsha Nieland’s Teacher Training Program in January 2010, and I’ve had the privilege to study with incredible teachers like John Friend, Martin Kirk, Moses Brown, Desiree Rumbaugh, Amy Ippoliti, and Betsey Downing.
In my classes, I love creating a space that is welcoming, light-hearted, and empowering—where students can explore their own practice with curiosity and joy.
