What to Expect

Our Baby & Me Yoga classes are designed to nurture the connection between you and your baby while supporting both of your physical and emotional well-being. Through songs, gentle movements, baby massage, and age-appropriate yoga postures, this class promotes your baby’s development and strengthens the beautiful bond between you.

You’ll practice breathing and relaxation techniques, enjoy gentle stretches and stress relief for yourself, and have the opportunity to connect with other parents and caregivers in a supportive, welcoming environment. We laugh, we move, and yes—sometimes we cry. And it’s all perfectly okay.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, your baby, and an open heart.

Studio Hours & Class Options

We’re open daily from 6 AM to 8 PM with a variety of classes to fit your schedule. Each class includes modifications for new yogis — your instructor will meet you where you are, so no need to worry if you’re just starting out.
