With a background in dance, a degree in health sciences, and a love for mindful movement, Stacey Schmitt found her yoga home in the dynamic flow of vinyasa. What began as a complement to her running routine quickly evolved into a deeper journey of self-awareness, healing, and connection.
Certified in 200-hour yoga teacher training through CorePower Yoga in 2010, Stacey brings a strong foundation in anatomy and alignment to every class. Her path took a beautiful turn through motherhood, inspiring her to pursue advanced training in prenatal yoga and birth doula work through Blooma Yoga in Minneapolis. She now specializes in Prenatal Yoga and Baby & Me Yoga, providing compassionate support for women through pregnancy and beyond.
