Cynthia Dennis has been teaching yoga since 2017 after completing an alignment-based, heart-centered 200-hour yoga teacher training program with Marsha Nieland and Betsy Rippentrop.

Cynthia completed a Wisdom Warrior Training with Desiree Rumbaugh and Karen Church, P.T., which focuses on maintaining a strong and vital yoga practice into your 50s and beyond. She also holds certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Chair Yoga, and The Art of Rest Restorative Yoga.

She teaches all-levels classes that are welcoming and accessible, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi. Her classes begin by setting an intention and then flow through mindful movement and breath, ending in moments of ease and rest to help set the tone for your day. Cynthia has a true passion for wellness and believes that yoga is a lifelong practice that adapts as we do.
