Hello friends! I’m a proud mom to four and “Gigi” to four of the most amazing littles. I’m also a wife, daughter, sister, and someone who finds deep joy in family, connection, and lifelong learning.

My yoga journey began after back surgery, as a way to rebuild strength. What I discovered was so much more—an empowering and healing practice that transformed not only my body, but my mind and spirit. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2021, followed by an additional 300-hour advanced certification in 2022. I also hold a 100-hour certification in Yoga for the Mind, which has deepened my appreciation for the calming, restorative power of breath and meditation.

Yoga is a journey, and I’m a seeker at heart. I aim to create a warm, comfortable, and inclusive space where students can reconnect with themselves, find stillness in the breath, and walk away feeling peaceful and whole.

Love & Light. See you on the mat.
