Mitchell Bass is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, cross fit level 1 trainer, and certified Nutrition Coach. He is a U.S. Army veteran with over 14 years of service. Mitchell brings discipline, purpose , and mindfulness to his teaching. His classes blend strength and mobility with breath-centered awareness, helping students develop resilience both on and off the mat. When he’s not teaching yoga or coaching he loves to travel and spend time with his two kids.
