Ideal for yoga teachers, doulas, midwives, therapists, and anyone passionate about serving mothers.
Whether you’re a 200-hour certified yoga teacher or a health professional looking to deepen your understanding, this training will provide the tools to serve pregnant students with expertise and empathy.
Learning Objectives
Create a supportive, professional environment for prenatal students
Understand pregnancy anatomy, birth, and postpartum recovery
Learn modifications and mindful cueing for each trimester
Integrate pranayama, meditation, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra
Shadow and observe live prenatal yoga classes
Build confidence to lead group or private prenatal/postnatal sessions
What You’ll Learn (Subjects Covered)
Yoga Philosophy & Lifestyle (15 hrs) – Including Yoga Sutras, Ayurveda, Chakras
Prenatal Yoga Techniques (29 hrs) – Asana by trimester, breathwork, and sequencing
Anatomy & Physiology (13 hrs) – Pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum
Teaching Methodology (11 hrs) – Class structure, cueing, ethics, and professional conduct
Practicum (22 hrs) – Live observations, teaching practice, and feedback
Supplemental Training (8 hrs) – Reiki, aromatherapy, and NVC (Non-Violent Communication)

Fridays: 5:00–8:00 pm CST
Saturdays & Sundays: 9:00 am–5:00 pm CST (includes lunch break)
