Tammy Bayer brings a compassionate, educational, and joyful energy to her yoga classes, shaped by her extensive background as a doula and childbirth educator. Her work supporting families through pregnancy and early parenthood naturally led her to the mat, where she now helps students of all ages feel empowered and connected.
Tammy specializes in Prenatal Yoga, Baby & Me, and Kids Yoga—making yoga accessible, fun, and meaningful at every stage of life. She holds certifications in Trauma Recovery Yoga as well as a 200-hour yoga teacher training, and has completed numerous specialized trainings for infants, toddlers, children, and expectant parents.
Her prenatal classes are informative and emotionally enriching, offering a blend of movement, breathwork, and support. Her kids’ classes are playful and imaginative, designed to help even the smallest yogis build confidence, focus, and body awareness.
