I absolutely love Michelle's Hot Vinyasa classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm. She'll kick your butt, but you'll have fun. She's funny and entertaining, so the class flies by, and you leave feeling both strong and exhausted.

One of the things I appreciate most is that Michelle meets you where you are. She offers modifications when needed and reminds you to listen to your body, whether that means taking Child's Pose, grabbing a drink of water, or simply slowing down. Because of the supportive environment she creates, I find it much easier to get out of my head and stop worrying about what anyone else thinks. We often close our eyes during our practice, which makes it feel like everyone is focused on themselves instead of how they look.

Michelle's classes are the perfect blend of physical challenge and mental restoration. I especially love her evening class because I can leave the stress of the day on my mat instead of taking it home with me. She also has an incredible gift for guiding savasana, making it the perfect way to end each practice feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.

I’d also be remiss not to mention Wahneta’s 26&2 class. This class is will challenge you, but after a couple weeks you’ll get the hang of it and be so proud of yourself. Then you really get to push yourself in the poses.

Wahneta is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and it is really cool to learn her insights. Her class is the best way to start your day if you’re a morning person or want to become one.

These two are incredible humans and I feel grateful to have spent time in their classes while living in the area.

I. Love. Toula! Having been only practicing yoga since Sept. 2025 religiously through my Peloton app; I thought I should get involved with a local studio. I started attending Toula late 2025. I was looking for a local option without a franchise brand-name / feel. Toula has been the most perfect place. With so many offerings, there is no way I can see how there isn't something for you. The community is the best part, Toula is surrounded with amazing teachers and yogis of all shapes, sizes, and experience levels: from 1st timers - decades long practictioners. The hot studio is a personal favorite of mine, the infrared panels--give not only all the amazing benefits of infrared--but keep the temps less humid so you can actually breathe. You are still in healthy HEAT though, so definitely an amazing experience! Hot yoga will literally change your life. Literally every instructor is enjoyable, and even with my favorites, I would take classes from everyone there again and again. There is definitely a teacher style there for you. Because of my experience with the studio, I jumped into my 200-Hour YTT with Toula's Cloud Nine Yoga Teacher Training Program and I have no regrets. If everyone in the world took a 200 hour YTT, I believe the world would be a completely different, better place! Thank you to all at Toula, if only more than 5-stars were an option...

Andrea has decades of experience with students of all backgrounds and needs. She exudes a calm inner strength that permeates to her students while they on the mat in her studio and off the mat in the 'real' world. If you're looking for an altering shift, I highly recommend Toula.

I was nervous walking into my first Yoga class but my instructor Melissa was immediately welcoming and calming. It was the experience I was hoping to have when I signed up. The music, lighting and smells made the atmosphere feel just right. Melissa did such a wonderful job walking me through the movements. I can't wait to return.

I absolutely love this studio! The classes are uplifting. There many offerings that suite everyone. I have taken prenatal here, baby and me, aerial, flow, qi gong, they are expanding to include infrared heat yoga soon!!

I went to the prenatal and baby and me classes, and have really loved them! Stacey is a great instructor with a heart for mamas and their babies. I wasn't a yoga regular before but now really enjoy it and feel comfortable practicing at Toula.

The teachers and studios are all beautiful, clean and inviting. The energy is so amazing here. I discovered this studio for prenatal yoga and have now attended Hatha, gentle, vinyasa, kundalini, yin, sound healing, astrology... They have so many talented teachers with varied styles and times that fit any schedule. I highly recommend Toula if you're looking for an Om Home!

Toula provides several yoga classes catered to a variety of levels. I have primarily attended the Hatha Yoga class with Missy. Her class is gentle, welcoming and non-intimidating. You'll gain strength, improved balance and flexibility in her class, and you'll enjoy wonderful camaraderie with other students.
