Steffani Mesch has been practicing yoga for many years, drawn to its ability to center the mind, strengthen the body, and uplift the spirit. Wanting to deepen her understanding of the practice, she completed her 200-hour teacher training with Cloud Nine Yoga in July 2016, focusing on Hatha yoga and mindful movement.

Steffani teaches Slow Flow yoga, guiding students through accessible sequences that encourage presence, patience, and self-care. Her approach reflects her belief that yoga is a lifelong journey—one that constantly evolves and enhances life both on and off the mat.

In her classes, you’ll find a calm and nurturing space where each breath and movement is an opportunity for inner growth and connection.
