What to Expect

Prenatal Yoga at Toula is a nurturing and empowering class designed specifically for expecting parents. This class supports the physical, mental, and emotional shifts that come with pregnancy through breathwork, gentle movement, and relaxation techniques tailored to each trimester.

You’ll build strength, increase flexibility, and ease common discomforts while connecting with your baby and a community of others on a similar path. All levels and stages of pregnancy are welcome—whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, we’ll meet you where you are.

Prenatal yoga can help:

  • Alleviate back pain, swelling, and fatigue

  • Improve sleep and circulation

  • Build stamina for labor and delivery

  • Support emotional wellbeing and connection

  • Strengthen pelvic floor and core stability

This safe and supportive class creates space to pause, breathe, and connect deeply with your changing body and growing baby.

🗓️ Mondays & Thursdays | 5:00–6:15 PM with Tammy Bayer
🗓️ Fridays | 9:15–10:30 AM with Stacey Schmitt (starting 9/6/24)

📍 Pre-registration is encouraged to reserve your spot. Class sizes are limited to ensure personalized attention.

Studio Hours & Class Options

We’re open daily from 6 AM to 8 PM with a variety of classes to fit your schedule. Each class includes modifications for new yogis — your instructor will meet you where you are, so no need to worry if you’re just starting out.
