Sheri Plough began her yoga journey in 2009, drawn to the grounding and peace it brought to her life. Inspired by the transformation she experienced through consistent practice, she earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Cloud Nine Yoga School in 2016 and has been sharing yoga’s many benefits with students ever since.
A lifelong learner, Sheri has continued to deepen her teaching through a 300-hour Master’s Training with both Cloud Nine and Holy Yoga. She holds additional certifications in Chair Yoga, Pilates, and Adaptive Yoga, allowing her to offer inclusive, accessible classes to students of all ages and abilities.
Sheri’s teaching focuses on creating balance between body and mind, grounding students through movement and breath. Her compassionate and thoughtful approach makes her classes welcoming, supportive, and deeply nourishing.
