My classes are bult around the idea that yoga isn’t just exercise – It’s a practice of coming home to yourself. I draw on my 300-hour masters training to weave together alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement, so every session meets students where they are and gently invites them deeper.
I also hold a certification in Chair Yoga, which lets me bring this work to people who might not be able to get on a mat – seniors, those recovering from injury, anyone who needs a softer entry point. The chair doesn’t limit the practice; it opens it up.
Whether you’re brand new or returning after years away, my hope is that you leave feeling stronger, calmer, and a little more connected to the person you already are. Yoga has been my passion since my teachers’ training in 2016, and sharing it is the best part of my day.
