Our Baby & Me classes provides a calm and nurturing yoga practice filled with ways to promote your baby's growth and health. Babies are guided through dozens of unique yoga postures while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. Adding in songs, rhymes, movement, and play we create a fun filled experience for our smallest yogis. For caregivers - Most of the yoga we do is for baby, but you will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques as you practice a bit of yoga yourself, while bonding with your baby and enjoying the company of other adults.
No yoga experience is required. Ages 6 weeks-crawling, with adult. Pre-registration is required. Reach out if you have questions. Hope to see you!
Your Baby and Me Yoga teachers are Andrea Parks, Stacey Schmitt, and Tammy Bayer, all have specialized training and certificates to teach Baby & Me Yoga.
These classes are perfect to help baby bond and develop well!
