Tykes Yoga

As little yogis progress to their preschool years they become more interested in mimicking poses and following instructions. This class is centered around tykes curiosities as they learn yoga through social interaction, repetition, and play. Tykes Yoga focuses on improving motor skills, and increasing attention through songs, movement, and stories. Caregivers get the benefits of moving their bodies as they actively participate with their child. No yoga experience is required. Ages 2-4 years, with adult.
