YouCan Yoga is the perfect class for you if you have never done yoga. In this 30 minute class you will learn the basics, proper form and will easily transition to the Gentle Hatha when you feel ready.

As your toddler's mobility increases, Tots Yoga class offers tot-centric poses that encourage and support their physical explorations. Toddlers become more confident in their moving bodies as they practice yoga both in and out of class. During a Tots class, crawlers and walkers are gently guided to playfully practice yoga postures while they are standing, sitting up, walking, and jumping. Add in some songs and animal noises and you'll have a super fun time! Caregivers also get to do a little yoga, but no yoga experience is required. Ages 18 months -3 years, with adult. Tuesdays 11am
As little yogis progress to their preschool years they become more interested in mimicking poses and following instructions. This class is centered around tykes curiosities as they learn yoga through social interaction, repetition, and play. Tykes Yoga focuses on improving motor skills, and increasing attention through songs, movement, and stories. Caregivers get the benefits of moving their bodies as they actively participate with their child. No yoga experience is required. Ages 2-4 years, with adult.
